Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Allah sufficeth for witness between me and you. He knoweth whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth. And those who believe in vanity and disbelieve in Allah, they it is who are the losers. 52 They bid thee hasten on the doom (of Allah). And if a term had not been appointed, the doom would assuredly have come unto them (ere now). And verily it will come upon them suddenly when they perceive not. 53 They demand of thee to hasten the chastisement! Lo, Gehenna encompasses the unbelievers. 54 The day the punishment comes upon them from above and underneath their feet, (God will) say: "And now taste of what you had done." 55 My servants who believe, My earth is vast, so worship Me alone. 56 Every soul shall taste death and then to Us you shall return. 57 But those who believe and work deeds of righteousness - to them shall We give a Home in Heaven,- lofty mansions beneath which flow rivers,- to dwell therein for aye;- an excellent reward for those who do (good)!- 58 who remained steadfast and put their trust in their Lord! 59 How many a beast does not bear its own provision. Allah provides for it, as (He provides) for you. He is the Hearer, the Knower. 60 And wert thou to ask them: who hath created the heavens and the earth and subjected the sun and the moon? They would surely say: Allah. How then are they deviating? 61 Allah maketh the provision wide for whom He will of His bondmen, and straiteneth it for whom (He will). Lo! Allah is Aware of all things. 62 And if you ask them who it is that sends down water from the sky and revives the earth with it after its death, they will surely answer, "God." Then praise be to God. But most of them do not understand. 63
