The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 Is the food of the sinners. 44 Like molten copper; it churns in their bellies. 45 like water. 46 [It will be commanded], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of the Hellfire, 47 Then pour the punishment of boiling water over his head, 48 [It will be said], "Taste! Indeed, you are the honored, the noble! 49 Verily this is that whereof ye were wont to doubt. 50 Indeed, the righteous will be in a secure place; 51 In gardens and springs; 52 Dressed in fine silk and (also) in thick silk, facing each other, 53 Thus shall it be: and We shall espouse them to fair, wide-eyed maidens. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in security. 55 They will not taste death therein except the first death, and He will have protected them from the punishment of Hellfire 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That is the supreme triumph. 57 And We have made this Qur’an easy in your language, for them to understand. 58 Wait then; they too are waiting. 59
