Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 And solidified the mountains. 32 For use and convenience to you and your cattle. 33 But when the great calamity will come about 34 on that Day man will [clearly] remember all that he has ever wrought; 35 And Hell-Fire shall be placed in full view for (all) to see,- 36 Then as for him who is inordinate, 37 And had preferred the life of this world, 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 However, those who had feared their Lord and restrained their souls from acting according to its desires. 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 They question thee of the Hour: when will its arrival be? 42 Why (ask they)? What hast thou to tell thereof? 43 To your Lord is its finality. 44 Your duty is only to warn him who fears it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
