The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
When the earth is shaken by the shaking thereof, 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 And man says: What has befallen her? 3 On that Day it will relate all her news, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
