Have you not seen how We send down to the unbelievers satans who prick them? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only counting against them a counting. 84 On the day when We shall gather the righteous unto the Beneficent, a goodly company. 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 And they say, 'The All-merciful has taken unto Himself a son. 88 You have indeed advanced something hideous! 89 This would almost cause the heavens to rent apart, the earth to cleave asunder and the mountains to crumble down in fragments, 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 It does not befit the Most Compassionate Lord that He should take a son. 92 Not one of the beings in the heavens and the earth but must come to (Allah) Most Gracious as a servant. 93 Assuredly He hath comprehended them and counted them a full counting. 94 Everyone on the Day of Judgment will individually come into the presence of God. 95 Those who believe and do righteous deeds, the Merciful will assign for them love. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 How numerous are the peoples that We destroyed before them! Do you now perceive any one of them, or hear even their whisper? 98
