۞ If each soul that has done evil had all that is in the earth, it would offer it for its ransom. And secretly they will feel regret when they see the punishment, and the matter is justly decided between them, and they are not wronged. 54 All that is in the heavens and the earth certainly belongs to God and His promise is true, but many people do not know this. 55 He gives life and brings about death, and to Him you shall all return. 56 O mankind! There has come to you an admonition from your Lord, a cure for what is in the hearts, and a guide and a blessing to true believers. 57 (Muhammad), tell them, "To be happy with the favors and mercy of God is better than whatever you accumulate". 58 Say: Tell me what Allah has sent down for you of sustenance, then you make (a part) of it unlawful and (a part) lawful. Say: Has Allah commanded you, or do you forge a lie against Allah? 59 Think how those who invent lies against Him will be treated on the Day of Judgement? Allah is bountiful to men yet most of them do not give thanks. 60
