The food of the Zakkum tree 43 Is the food of the sinful 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 like boiling water. 46 (A voice will cry: "Seize ye him and drag him into the midst of the Blazing Fire! 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of boiling water, 48 (Saying): Taste! Lo! thou wast forsooth the mighty, the noble! 49 "Truly this is what ye used to doubt!" 50 As to the Righteous (they will be) in a position of Security, 51 amidst gardens and fountains, 52 Dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, they will face each other; 53 We shall unite them to maidens with big black and white lovely eyes. 54 There can they call for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 Nor will they there taste Death, except the first death; and He will preserve them from the Penalty of the Blazing Fire,- 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That! that is the supreme achievement. 57 We have made the Quran easy for you to recite so that perhaps they may take heed. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
