Al-Jinn 2 of 2
Say, [O Muhammad], "I only invoke my Lord and do not associate with Him anyone." 20 Say: Lo! I control not hurt nor benefit for you. 21 Say: 'From God shall protect me not anyone, and I shall find, apart from Him, no refuge, 22 (Mine is) but conveyance (of the Truth) from Allah, and His messages; and whoso disobeyeth Allah and His messenger, lo! his is fire of hell, wherein such dwell for ever. 23 [Let them, then, wait] until the time when they behold that [doom] of which they were forewarned: for then they will come to understand which [kind of man] is more helpless and counts for less! 24 Say: I do not know whether that with which you are threatened be nigh or whether my Lord will appoint for it a term: 25 The Knower of the unseen! so He does not reveal His secrets to any, 26 Other than an apostle He has chosen, when He makes a sentinel walk in front of him and a sentinel behind, 27 "That He may know that they have (truly) brought and delivered the Messages of their Lord: and He surrounds (all the mysteries) that are with them, and takes account of every single thing." 28
God the Almighty always says the truth.
