Surely We shall help Our Messengers and the believers in the life of this world and on the Day when witnesses will rise to testify, 51 the Day when the excuses offered by the wrong-doers shall not avail them. They shall be victims of the curse and a woeful abode. 52 We gave Moses Our guidance, and made the Children of Israel the inheritors of the Book -- 53 for guidance and a reminder for those of understanding. 54 So be thou patient; surely God's promise is true. And ask forgiveness for thy sin, and proclaim the praise of thy Lord at evening and dawn. 55 Behold, as for those who call God's messages in question without having any evidence therefore in their hearts is nothing but overweening self-conceit, which they will never be able to satisfy: seek thou, then, refuge with God - for, verily, He alone is all-hearing, all-seeing! 56 Certainly the creation of the heavens and the earth is greater than the creation of the men, but most people do not know 57 The blind and the seeing are surely not alike, nor those who believe and act rightly and those who do evil. Little do you reflect! 58 Indeed the Last Day will surely come, there is no doubt in it – but most people do not accept faith. 59 Your Lord has said, 'Call upon Me and I will answer you. Surely those who wax too proud to do Me service shall enter Gehenna utterly abject.' 60
