Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 And afterwards spread out the earth. 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 an enjoyment for you and your herds. 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 The day when man will call to mind his (whole) endeavour, 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 then as for him who was insolent 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 Why (ask they)? What hast thou to tell thereof? 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear it. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46
