He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ He frowned and turned away. 1 when the blind came to him. 2 And what should teach thee? Perchance he would cleanse him, 3 or take heed and derive benefit from [Our] warning? 4 As for him who regardeth himself self-sufficient 5 You pay full attention, 6 And you have nothing to lose if he does not become pure. 7 And he who comes to thee eagerly 8 and fears (Allah), 9 you pay him no heed. 10 Indeed, this [Quran] is an admonition. 11 So whoever wills, let him pay attention to it. 12 upon pages high-honoured, 13 lofty and pure, 14 by the hands of the noble, virtuous, 15 Honourable and Pious and Just. 16 Accursed be man! How stubbornly he denies the Truth. 17 From what has God created him? 18 Of a sperm-drop He created him, and determined him, 19 Then maketh the way easy for him, 20 He will then send him to death and have him laid in the grave. 21 and then, if it be His will, He shall raise him again to life, 22 Nay, but (man) has not done what He commanded him. 23 Let the human being think about (how We produce) his food. 24 [how it is] that We pour down water, pouring it down abundantly; 25 And We split the earth in fragments, 26 and therein made the grains to grow 27 together with grapes and vegetables, 28 and olive trees and date-palms, 29 Orchards thick with trees, 30 And fruits and Abba (herbage, etc.), 31 for you and for your herds to delight in. 32 But when the deafening blast is sounded, 33 On the Day whereon a man shall flee from his brother, 34 And his mother and his father 35 and his consort and his children; 36 every man that day shall have business to suffice him. 37 Some faces will on that Day be bright with happiness, 38 Laughing and full of joy, 39 And faces on that Day! upon them shall be gloom. 40 Darkness will cover them, 41 These are they who are unbelievers, the wicked. 42
Almighty God's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of four Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-fourth chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
Click or tap on "random" to go to any random page. Click or tap the triangle to the left of "random" to go to a random page before the current page, or the triangle to the right to go to a random page after the current page. Using these features of ColorfulQuran.com, you can use the right triangle or arrowhead to skim through the entire Holy Book from the first Surah, The Key (Al-Fatihah), to the last, The People (An-Nas), in a few minutes while stopping at random pages in between. This will make your readings cluster more on Juz Amma's short surahs at the end of the Quran. You can also do the same in reverse order using the left triangle or arrowhead, which will cluster your readings more at the beginning of the Holy Quran.
Click or tap the small triangles above and below the frame on the right to display the Surah Table of Contents, where you can go to any Surah or any page within.
