The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Magnify the Name of thy Lord the Most High 1 Who has created (all things) proportionately, 2 and who determines the nature [of all that exists,] and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment,] 3 It is He who has caused the grass to grow, 4 Then maketh it to stubble dusky. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 save what God may will [thee to forget] - for, verily, He [alone] knows all that is open to [man's] perception as well as all that is hidden [from it] 7 We shall ease you to the easy. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 He who fears will mind, 10 but the most wretched shall avoid it, 11 He will be cast into the Great Fire. 12 where he will neither die nor live. 13 Surely he will succeed who grows in goodness, 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 The scriptures of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
