The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 and man will cry out: “What is the matter with her?” 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 On that Day mankind shall issue in scatterings to see their deeds. 6 Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it! 7 And whosoever hath worked ill of an atom's weight shall behold it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
