Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
I swear by Ya Sin 1 Consider this Qur'an full of wisdom: 2 Lo! thou art of those sent 3 on a straight path; 4 with a revelation sent down by the Mighty One, the Merciful, 5 In order that thou mayest admonish a people, whose fathers had received no admonition, and who therefore remain heedless (of the Signs of Allah). 6 (I swear) that most of them are doomed to be punished. They have no faith. 7 Surely We have placed chains on their necks, and these reach up to their chins, so they have their heads raised aloft. 8 We have set-up a barrier in front of and behind them and have made them blind. Thus, they cannot see. 9 And it is the same for them, whether you warn them or do not warn them – they will not believe. 10 You can warn only him who follows the Admonition and fears the Merciful Lord without seeing Him. Give such a one good tidings of forgiveness and a generous reward. 11 Surely, it is We who revive the dead and write down what they have forwarded and what they have left behind; We have counted everything in a Clear Book. 12
