Have you not considered (the work of) your Lord, how He extends the shade? And if He had pleased He would certainly have made it stationary; then We have made the sun an indication of it 45 Then We hold it in hand for a brief grasp. 46 And it is He who has made the night for you as clothing and sleep [a means for] rest and has made the day a resurrection. 47 It is He who sends the winds as heralds of His mercy and We send down pure water from the sky, 48 so that We may bring dead land to life thereby, and give to drink thereof to many [beings] of Our creation, beasts as well as humans. 49 We present the same phenomenon over and over again before them so that they may learn a lesson from it; but most people decline to adopt any other attitude than of disbelief and ingratitude. 50 If We had willed, We would have raised up in every city a warner. 51 So, O Prophet, do not yield to the disbelievers, but wage a Jihad against them with this Qur'an. 52 ۞ And it is He Who caused the two joint seas to flow- one is palatable, very sweet, and the other is salty, very bitter; and kept a veil between them and a preventing barrier. 53 And He it is Who has created man from the water, then He has made for him blood relationship and marriage relationship, and your Lord is powerful. 54 And they serve besides Allah that which neither profits them nor causes them harm; and the unbeliever is a partisan against his Lord. 55 We have sent you for no other reason but to be a bearer of glad news and warning. 56 Say: "No reward do I ask of you for it but this: that each one who will may take a (straight) Path to his Lord." 57 Also trust in the Living One who never dies and glorify Him with His praise. He has sufficient knowledge of the sins of His servants. 58 He who created the heavens and the earth and what is between them in six days and then established Himself above the Throne - the Most Merciful, so ask about Him one well informed. 59 And when it is said to them: "Prostrate to the Most Beneficent (Allah)! They say: "And what is the Most Beneficent? Shall we fall down in prostration to that which you (O Muhammad SAW) command us?" And it increases in them only aversion. ۩ 60
