The All High (Al-A'alaa)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Magnify the Name of thy Lord the Most High 1 Who created and proportioned 2 who has ordained and guided, 3 who brings forth green pasture, 4 And [then] makes it black stubble. 5 We shall make you recite (the Qur'an) so that you will not forget it, 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 And We will make it easy for thee (to follow) the simple (Path). 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 Admonished is he indeed who feareth, 10 And the most unfortunate one will avoid it, 11 He will be cast into the Great Fire. 12 Then therein he shall neither live nor die. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 No; but you prefer the present life, 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 This is surely in the earlier Books, 18 In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. 19
