Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

The terrible calamity! 1 What is the Striking? 2 And what will make you know what the striking (Hour) is? 3 On that Day human beings shall be like scattered moths, 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 And as for him whose measure of good deeds is light, 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 (It is) a hot blazing Fire! 11
