Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn 1 From the evil of what He has created, 2 from the evil of darkness when it gathers, 3 “And from the evil of the witches who blow into knots.” 4 And from the evil of an envier when he envies." 5
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
