For those who fear God there are pleasure gardens with their Lord. 34 What, shall we make those who have surrendered like to the sinners? 35 What aileth you? How foolishly ye judge! 36 Or do you have a scripture in which you learn 37 That ye shall have, through it whatever ye choose? 38 Or do you have Our solemn oaths, binding upon Us till the Day of Resurrection, that you shall have whatever you yourselves decide? 39 Ask them which of them, for that [claim], is responsible. 40 Or do they have associates? Then let them bring their associates, if they speak truly. 41 On the Day when the truth shall be laid bare, they will be called upon to prostrate themselves, but they will not be able to do so. 42 Their eyes will be cast down, ignominy will cover them; they used to be called to prostrate (offer prayers), while they were healthy and good (in the life of the world, but they did not). 43 Then leave Me alone with such as reject this Message: by degrees shall We punish them from directions they perceive not. 44 Yet I will give them respite: Surely My plan is compact. 45 Or do you ask from them a reward, so that they are burdened with debt? 46 Or that the Ghaib (unseen here in this Verse it means Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz) is in their hands, so that they can write it down? 47 Then be patient for the decision of your Lord, [O Muhammad], and be not like the companion of the fish when he called out while he was distressed. 48 Were it not that favor from his Lord had overtaken him, he would certainly have been cast down upon the naked Found while he was blamed. 49 But his Lord had chosen him, and He placed him among the righteous. 50 And those who disbelieve would almost smite you with their eyes when they hear the reminder, and they say: Most surely he is mad. 51 The Quran is nothing but a reminder from God to mankind. 52
