۞ Also, We revealed to Moses, saying: 'Go with My worshipers by night, for you will be followed' 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 "And verily, they have done what has enraged us; 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 So We removed them from gardens and springs 57 and [deprived them of their erstwhile] station of honour!" 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed unto Musa, saying: smite thou the sea with thy staff. So it became separated, and each part was like unto a cliff mighty. 63 And We caused the pursuers to draw near unto that place: 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 In this [story] behold, there is a message [unto all men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 67 And indeed your Lord – only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
