What, do the unbelievers reckon that they may take My servants as friends, apart from Me? We have prepared Gehenna for the unbelievers' hospitality. 102 Say thou: shall I declare unto you the greatest losers in respect of works? 103 It will be those whose effort went astray in the life of the world and who believe nevertheless that they are doing good. 104 These are they who disbelieve in the communications of their Lord and His meeting, so their deeds become null, and therefore We will not set up a balance for them on the day of resurrection. 105 That is their recompense - Hell - for what they denied and [because] they took My signs and My messengers in ridicule. 106 Lo! those who believe and do good works, theirs are the Gardens of Paradise for welcome, 107 They shall forever dwell in the Gardens of Paradise, desiring no change. 108 Say: If the sea were ink for the words of my Lord, the sea would surely be consumed before the words of my Lord are exhausted, though We were to bring the like of that (sea) to add 109 Say: 'I am only a mortal the like of you; it is revealed to me that your God is One God. So let him, who hopes for the encounter with his Lord, work righteousness, and not associate with his Lord's service anyone. 110
