Beholdest thou not that We have sent the satans upon the infidels inciting them by an incitement? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only numbering for them a number. 84 and on the Day when We will ceremonially gather the righteous to the Merciful, 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 On that Day none will have the power to intercede for them except those who received a sanction from the Most Compassionate Lord. 87 As it is, some assert, "The Most Gracious has taken unto Himself a son 88 Certainly you have made an abominable assertion 89 the heavens might well-nigh burst thereat, and the earth break asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 because they ascribe a son to the Gracious One. 91 For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a son. 92 All those who are in the heavens and the earth will come to the Most Gracious as His bondmen. 93 Verily He encompasses them and has counted them all. 94 And each one of them will come unto Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Indeed, the Most Compassionate Lord will soon create enduring love for those who believe and do righteous works. 96 So We have made this (the Quran) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad SAW), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people. 97 And how many a generation We destroyed before them! Dost thou perceive so much as one of them, or hear of them a whisper? 98
