In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] 1 These are the verses of the clear Book. 2 Wouldst thou, perhaps, torment thyself to death [with grief] because they [who live around thee] refuse to believe [in it]? 3 If We willed, We could send down to them from the sky a sign for which their necks would remain humbled. 4 [But We have not willed it:] and so, whenever there comes unto them any fresh reminder from the Most Gracious, they [who are blind of heart] always - turn their backs upon it: 5 So they have surely belied; wherefore anon there shall come unto them the truth of that whereat they were wont to mock. 6 Do they not look at the earth,- how many noble things of all kinds We have produced therein? 7 Verily, in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 8 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 9
