Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken with her (violent) shaking, 1 and it throws out its burden, 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 Because thy Lord will inspire her. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 And whoso doeth ill an atom's weight will see it then. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
