In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Read! In the name of your Lord, who created: 1 Hath created man from a clot! 2 Read, and your Lord only is the Most Beneficent, 3 who taught by the pen, 4 taught man what he did not know. 5 By no means: Verily man exorbitateth. 6 Because he sees himself self-sufficient. 7 Indeed, to your Lord is the returning. 8 Have you seen the one who forbids 9 a worshipper from praying? 10 Have you considered if he were on the right way, 11 Or enjoined guarding (against evil)? 12 Have you seen if he denies and turns away - 13 Does he, then, not know that God sees [all]? 14 No indeed; if he does not desist, We shall drag him by the forelock; 15 A forelock that lies, is sinful. 16 So let him summon his helpmates; 17 We shall call the guards of Hell. 18 By no means! Obey not thou him. Continue to adore, and continue to draw nigh. ۩ 19
