He made it. 27 High has He reared its vault and formed it in accordance with what it was meant to be; 28 and He has made dark its night and brought forth its light of day. 29 And afterwards spread out the earth. 30 He extracted from it its water and its pasture, 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 (To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 And the hell shall be made manifest to him who sees 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 And chose the life of the world, 38 hell will be their dwelling. 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 They ask you about the Hour: “When will it be?” 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 Its knowledge rests with your Lord. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46
