Indeed We created man from sounding clay made out of black smelly mud. 26 and the jinn We had created before from flaming fire. 27 Behold! thy Lord said to the angels: "I am about to create man, from sounding clay from mud moulded into shape; 28 When it is properly shaped and I have blown My Spirit into it, you should then bow down in prostration". 29 So, the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together. 30 But Iblis (did it not); he refused to be with those who made obeisance. 31 God asked Iblis, "What made you not join the others in prostration?" 32 Iblis replied, "I did not want to prostrate before a human being whom You have created out of mud-moulded clay". 33 God said, "Then get out of here; for you are accursed, 34 and [My] rejection shall be thy due until the Day of Judgment!" 35 Iblis said: "My Lord! Grant me respite till the Day when they will be resurrected." 36 Said Allah, “You are of those given respite.” 37 "Till the Day of the time appointed." 38 He said, “My Lord! I swear by the fact that You sent me astray, I shall distract them in the earth, and I shall lead all of them astray.” 39 But not such of them as are Thy bondmen single-hearted. 40 (Allah) said: "This is the Way which will lead straight to Me." 41 over My worshipers you have no authority, except the perverse that follow you. 42 Surely, Hell is the place to which they are destined, 43 It has seven gates and each gate is assigned for a certain group of people. 44
