Say, (O Prophet): “I call on my Lord alone, and I do not associate aught with Him in His Divinity.” 20 Say: I do not control for you evil or good. 21 Say, "Surely no one can protect me against God, nor can I find besides Him any place of refuge. 22 if I should fail to convey [to the world whatever illumination comes to me] from God and His messages." Now as for him who rebels against God and His Apostle - verily, the fire of hell awaits him, therein to abide beyond the count of time. 23 (On the Day of Judgment) when the disbelievers witness that with which they have been threatened, they will then know whose helpers are weaker and fewer in number. 24 Say: "I do not know if what is promised you is near, or if my Lord prolongs its term. 25 Knower He of the Unseen, and He discloses not His Unseen to anyone, 26 save only to such a Messenger as He is well-pleased with; then He despatches before him and behind him watchers, 27 That He may know that they have indeed conveyed the messages of their Lord. He surroundeth all their doings, and He keepeth count of all things. 28
