The tree of Zaqqum will indeed be 43 Will be the food of the sinners, 44 It will be like molted brass which will boil in the bellies 45 like the boiling of hot water. 46 [And the word will be spoken:] "Seize him, [O you forces of hell,] and drag him into the midst of the blazing fire: 47 Then pour boiling water over his head as punishment. 48 Taste this; you who considered yourself the mighty, the honourable! 49 “Indeed this is what you used to doubt about.” 50 The pious ones will be in a secure place 51 among gardens and springs, 52 Dressed in brocade and shot silk, facing one another. 53 So it is; and We have wedded them to maidens with gorgeous eyes. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They taste not death therein, save the first death. And He hath saved them from the doom of hell, 56 As bounty from your Lord. That is what is the great attainment. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait thou then; verily they also are waiting. 59
