▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for him who feareth the standing before his Lord there are two gardens. 46 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 47 Having numerous branches. 48 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 49 In both of them, there are two springs flowing. 50 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors would you then deny? 51 In both of them there will be every kind of fruits in pairs. -- 52 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 53 They will recline upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruits of both these gardens will be within easy reach. 54 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 55 Therein shall be those of refraining looks whom before them hath deflowered neither man nor jinn. 56 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 57 As though rubies and pearls. 58 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 59 Is there any Reward for Good - other than Good? 60 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 61 Besides those two there shall be two other gardens. 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 63 Both inclining to blackness. 64 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 65 Wherein are two abundant springs. 66 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 67 In them are fruits, palm trees and pomegranates. 68 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 69 In them are goodly things, beautiful ones. 70 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 71 [There the blessed will live with their] pure companions sheltered in pavilions. 72 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 73 Whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;- 74 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 75 Reclining on green Cushions and rich Carpets of beauty. 76 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 77 Blessed be the name of your Lord, full of majesty and beneficience. 78

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
