O ye who believe! Observe your duty to Allah with right observance, and die not save as those who have surrendered (unto Him) 102 And hold fast to the Bond of Allah, together, and do not scatter. Remember the Favor of Allah bestowed upon you when you were enemies, and how He united your hearts, so that by His Favor you became brothers. And how He saved you from the Pit of Fire when you were on the brink of it. And so Allah makes plain to you His verses, in order that you will be guided. 103 And there may spring from you a nation who invite to goodness, and enjoin right conduct and forbid indecency. Such are they who are successful. 104 Do not be like those who turned into quarrelling sects after receiving clear authoritative evidence. They will suffer a great torment. 105 On a day whereon faces become whitened and faces become blackened. Then as for those whose faces shall have become blackened: disbelieved ye after your profession of belief! taste the torment for that ye have been disbelieving. 106 And those with bright faces shall be under God's grace and enjoy it for ever. 107 These are the commandments of God We recite to you verily; God does not wish injustice to the creatures of the world. 108 And unto God belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and all things go back to God [as their source]. 109
