Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

HAVE YOU SEEN him who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly), 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the poor, 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 but whose hearts are not in their prayer. 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 And withhold things of common use (from others). 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
