BUT NAY! I call to witness all that you can see, 38 And by whatsoever you see not, 39 [That] indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger. 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 (It is) a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 43 And had he fabricated just one matter upon Us – 44 We would have seized him by his right hand, 45 then, We would surely have cut from him the aorta (vein) 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 Indeed, it is a Reminder to those who fear Allah, 48 We know very well that there are some among you who reject Our signs -- 49 And indeed, it will be [a cause of] regret upon the disbelievers. 50 And He, He is indeed the ultimate Reality. 51 Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 52
