The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 And what will make you comprehend what the terrible calamity is? 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Balance 6 He shall be in a life well-pleasing. 7 but he whose weight is light in the Scale, 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 How will you comprehend what that is? 10 (It is) a hot blazing Fire! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
