The All High (Al-A'alaa)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 Who determines and directs, 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We will make you recite, [O Muhammad], and you will not forget, 6 Except what Allah pleases, surely He knows the manifest, and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to follow the way of Ease. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): 10 But it will be avoided by the wretched, 11 Who will enter the great Fire and made to taste its burning, 12 Neither dying therein nor living. 13 He who purifies himself, 14 remember the name of the Lord, and pray to Him. 15 But you prefer the life of this world, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. 19
