۞ God says, "Do not worship two gods. There is only One God. Have fear of Me". 51 His is whatever is in the heavens and the earth, and obedience to Him inevitably pervades the whole universe. Will you, then, hold in awe any other than Allah? 52 And whatever you have of favor - it is from Allah. Then when adversity touches you, to Him you cry for help. 53 Then when He removes the adversity from you, at once a party of you associates others with their Lord 54 So (as a result of that) they deny (with ungratefulness) that (Allah's Favours) which We have bestowed on them! Then enjoy yourselves (your short stay), but you will come to know (with regrets). 55 And they (even) assign, to things they do not know, a portion out of that which We have bestowed for their sustenance! By Allah, ye shall certainly be called to account for your false inventions. 56 And they assign unto Allah daughters - Be He Glorified! - and unto themselves what they desire; 57 And when one among of them receives the glad tidings of a daughter, his face turns black for the day, and he remains seething. 58 as he hides him from the people because of the evil of the good tidings that have been given unto him, whether he shall preserve it in humiliation, or trample it; into the dust. Ah, evil is that they judge! 59 The attribute of evil applies to those who do not believe in the Hereafter, while to God applies the highest attribute, for He is Mighty, the Wise. 60
