In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Qaf. By the glorious Quran! 1 They are rather surprised that a warner from among themselves has come to them. So the unbelievers say: "This is astonishing: 2 Why - [how could we be resurrected] after we have died and become mere dust? Such a return seems far-fetched indeed!" 3 Well do We know how the earth consumes their bodies, for with Us is a record unfailing. 4 Nay, but they have denied the truth (this Quran) when it has come to them, so they are in a confused state (can not differentiate between right and wrong). 5 Do they not look at the sky above them?- How We have made it and adorned it, and there are no flaws in it? 6 And the earth - We have spread it wide, and set upon it mountains firm, and caused it to bring forth plants of all beauteous kinds, 7 An insight and an admonition for every bondman penitent. 8 We also sent down blessed water from the heaven, wherewith We caused gardens and harvest-grain to grow, 9 and tall palm-trees with their thickly-clustered dates, 10 as a provision for human beings; and by [all] this We bring dead land to life. Such shall be the Resurrection. 11 The folk of Noah denied (the truth) before them, and (so did) the dwellers at Ar-Rass and (the tribe of) Thamud, 12 and Ad and Pharaoh, the brothers of Lot, 13 The Companions of the Wood, and the People of Tubba'; each one (of them) rejected the messengers, and My warning was duly fulfilled (in them). 14 Were We then worn out by the first creation? Yet they are in doubt about a second creation. 15

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
