Most Auspicious is He Who created lofty towers in the sky and placed a lamp in it, and the luminous moon. 61 It is He who has made the night and day follow each other for those whom He desires to remember or He desires to be thankful. 62 The (faithful) slaves of the Beneficent are they who walk upon the earth modestly, and when the foolish ones address them answer: Peace; 63 who pass the night prostrating and standing to their Lord. 64 And those who say, "Our Lord, avert from us the punishment of Hell. Indeed, its punishment is ever adhering; 65 it is an evil settling, and an evil residence' 66 who, when they expend, are neither prodigal nor parsimonious, but between that is a just stand; 67 who do not call upon another god with Allah, nor slay the soul which Allah has forbidden except by right; who do not fornicate, for he who does this shall face punishment 68 The punishment shall be increased for him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will remain in it forever, with humiliation. 69 except he who repents and believes and does good works those, Allah will change their evil deeds into good deeds; Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful. 70 Those who repent and act righteously have truly returned to God, 71 And those who do not give false testimony, and when they pass near some indecency, they pass by it saving their honour. 72 Who, when reminded of their Lord's revelations, do not fall for them like the deaf and blind; 73 And who say: Our Lord! Vouchsafe us comfort of our wives and of our offspring, and make us patterns for (all) those who ward off (evil). 74 They will be rewarded the highest position in heaven, the recompense of their patience, and they will be welcomed with honour and greetings of peace. 75 They shall abide in it forever; what an excellent abode and place of stay. 76 Say: "My Lord is not concerned on your account if you do not pray to Him. You have surely done with denying; soon will come the inevitable judgement. 77
