The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 And Earth yieldeth up her burdens, 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 for that her Lord has inspired her. 5 That day people will proceed separately to be shown their deeds. 6 Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it! 7 and whosoever has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
