O you who believe! be careful of (your duty to) Allah with the care which is due to Him, and do not die unless you are Muslims. 102 Hold on firmly together to the rope of God, and be not divided among yourselves, and remember the favours God bestowed on you when you were one another's foe and He reconciled your hearts, and you turned into brethren through His grace. You had stood on the edge of a pit of fire and He saved you from it, thus revealing to you His clear signs that you may find the right way perchance. 103 Let there arise out of you a band of people inviting to all that is good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding what is wrong: They are the ones to attain felicity. 104 Be not as those who scattered and fell into variance after the clear signs came to them; those there awaits a mighty chastisement, 105 On the Day when (some) faces will be whitened and (some) faces will be blackened; and as for those whose faces have been blackened, it will be said unto them: Disbelieved ye after your (profession of) belief? Then taste the punishment for that ye disbelieved. 106 And as to those whose faces turn white, they shall be in Allah's mercy; in it they shall-abide. 107 These are the signs of God We recite to thee in truth, and God desires not any injustice to living beings. 108 Unto Allah belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth; and unto Allah all things are returned. 109
