The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The Calamity! 1 What is the Calamity? 2 And what will make you comprehend what the terrible calamity is? 3 [It will occur] on the Day when men will be like moths swarming in confusion, 4 and the mount-ains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy, 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 but he whose weight is light in the Scale, 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 A blazing Fire! 11
