We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 We succoured them, and they gained the upper hand (against their enemies). 116 We granted them a Clear Book, 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 When he said unto his folk: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 Except the chosen creatures of God. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot was also one of the messengers. 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 and by night. Will you not, then, use your reason? 138
