O you who believe! Obey Allah and His Messenger, and turn not away from him (i.e. Messenger Muhammad SAW) while you are hearing. 20 Do not be like those who said that they have heard (the Messenger's commands) but do not pay any attention to them. 21 ۞ Verily the vilest of beasts with Allah are the deaf and dumb who understand not. 22 If God had found any good in them, He would certainly have made them hear; but being as they are, even if He makes them hear, they will turn away in aversion. 23 Believers! Respond to Allah, and respond to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. Know well that Allah stands between a man and his heart, and it is to Him that all of you shall be mustered. 24 Beware of sedition, which does not affect the oppressors alone among you, and know that the punishment of God is severe. 25 And remember when you were few and oppressed in the land, fearing that people might abduct you, but He sheltered you, supported you with His victory, and provided you with good things - that you might be grateful. 26 O ye that believe! betray not the trust of Allah and the Messenger, nor misappropriate knowingly things entrusted to you. 27 And know that your possessions and your children are a test, and that with Allah is immense reward. 28
