The human says: 'What, when I am dead, shall I be raised to life?' 66 Doth not man remember that We created him before, when he was naught? 67 By your Lord, We shall most surely gather them and the devils too; and bring them close to hell on their knees. 68 Then We will separate from every group those who were strongly rebellious against the Beneficent God. 69 We alone know who deserves most to be burned therein. 70 and there is not one of you but shall pass through it: a decree from your Lord which must be fulfilled. 71 Then, We will save those who were cautious of Us, but the harmdoers shall be left there hobbling on their knees. 72 And when Our clear verses are recited to them, the disbelievers say to the Muslims, “Which group has a better home, and a better alliance?” 73 How numerous are the peoples We destroyed before them - those that were more resourceful and grander in outward appearance! 74 Proclaim, “For one in error – so the Most Gracious may give him respite; to the extent that when they see the thing which they are promised – either the punishment or the Last Day; so then they will come to know for whom is the evil rank and whose army is weak.” 75 And Allah increases in guidance those who walk aright [true believers in the Oneness of Allah who fear Allah much (abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He has forbidden), and love Allah much (perform all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained)]. And the righteous good deeds that last, are better with your Lord, for reward and better for resort. 76 Have you seen him who denies the truth in Our revelations and says, "I shall certainly be given wealth and children." 77 Hath he looked unto the Unseen, or hath he taken of the Compassionate a covenant? 78 Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall lengthen the length of his suffering [in the hereafter,] 79 And it is We only Who shall inherit what he says (belongs to him), and he will come to Us, alone. 80 And they have taken gods besides Allah, that they should be to them a source of strength; 81 Nay, but they will deny their worship of them, and become opponents unto them. 82
