The people of Noah accused the apostles of lies. 105 Behold, their brother Noah said to them: "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 106 Behold, I am an apostle [sent by Him] to you, [and therefore] worthy of your trust: 107 "So fear Allah, and obey me. 108 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we accept you even though it is the meanest of people who follow you?" 111 Noah said: "What knowledge do I have about their deeds? 112 Their reckoning is upon my Lord, if ye but knew. 113 I am not going to drive away any believers. 114 “I am not but clearly a Herald of Warning.” 115 They said: "If thou desist not, O Noah! thou shalt be stoned (to death)." 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 Therefore judge Thou between me and them with a (just) judgment, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 Then We drowned the rest thereafter. 120 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 122
