The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 as they gallop to make raids at dawn, 3 and blaze a trail of dust, 4 dividing the gathering. 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And verily to that he is witness. 7 And most surely he is tenacious in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 And that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made manifest- 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
