۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 So We expelled them from gardens, springs, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 (Moses) said: "By no means! my Lord is with me! Soon will He guide me!" 62 Then We revealed unto Musa, saying: smite thou the sea with thy staff. So it became separated, and each part was like unto a cliff mighty. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Verily! In this is indeed a sign (or a proof), yet most of them are not believers. 67 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
