Whomsoever We grant a long life, We reverse him in his constitution. Do they still not understand? 68 And We did not give Prophet Muhammad, knowledge of poetry, nor is it befitting for him. It is not but a message and a clear Qur'an 69 to the end that it may warn everyone who is alive [of heart,] and that the word [of God] may bear witness against all who deny the truth. 70 Have they not seen how We have created for them the cattle they master with Our Hands? 71 We have subdued these to them, and some of them they ride and some of them they eat; 72 some for milk to drink and some from which other benefits may be received? Will they not be grateful? 73 They have set up other gods besides God, hoping to be helped by them, 74 They cannot help them, though they be hosts made ready for them. 75 However, be not grieved by the sayings of those [who deny the truth]: verily, We know all that they keep secret as well as all that they bring into the open. 76 And did not man see that We have created him from a drop of semen? Yet he is an open quarreller! 77 And [now] he [argues about Us, and] thinks of Us in terms of comparison, and is oblivious of how he himself was created! [And so] he says, "Who could give life to bones that have crumbled to dust?" 78 Say: "He who brought them into being in the first instance will give them life [once again,] seeing that He has full knowledge of every act of creation: 79 He has created fire for you out of the green tree from which you can kindle other fires. 80 Is not He who created the heavens and the earth Able to create the likes of them? Yes, [it is so]; and He is the Knowing Creator. 81 When He wills a thing, His command is to say to it 'Be', and it is! 82 So glory be to Him, in whose hand is the dominion of everything, and unto whom you shall be returned. 83
