To whoever We give a long life We make him stoop. Do they not understand? 68 And We have not taught him (Muhammad) poetry, nor is it meet for him. This is naught else than a Reminder and a Lecture making plain, 69 To warn the living*, and to prove the Word against disbelievers. (Only the believers are deemed alive in Allah’s sight.) 70 See they not that it is We Who have created for them - among the things which Our hands have fashioned - cattle, which are under their dominion?- 71 And that We have subjected them to their (use)? of them some do carry them and some they eat: 72 From cattle they get milk and other benefits. Will they not then give thanks? 73 And they have taken besides Allah aliha (gods), hoping that they might be helped (by those so called gods). 74 Those deities can render them no help. Yet these devotees act as though they were an army in waiting for them. 75 So be not grieved by what they say. We certainly know what they hide and disclose. 76 Does not man see that We created him from a drop. Yet there he is, flagrantly contentious, 77 And applies comparisons to Us, having forgotten his origin, and says: "Who can put life into decayed bones?" 78 Say: 'He will quicken them who originated them the first time; He has knowledge of every creation; 79 Who gave you fire from a green tree, with which you ignite the flame." 80 Is the One who has created the heavens and the earth not able to create another creature like the human being? He certainly has the power to do so. He is the Supreme Creator and is All-knowing. 81 His command, when He desires a thing, is to say to it 'Be,' and it is. 82 So Glorified is He and Exalted above all that they associate with Him, and in Whose Hands is the dominion of all things, and to Him you shall be returned. 83
