Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 And saved them and their people from the great distress, 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And showed them the straight path, 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 And verily, Iliyas (Elias) was one of the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 They called him a liar. Thus, all of them will suffer torment 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 Salamun (peace) be upon Ilyasin (Elias)!" 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
